Refund policy

At Donlevy Packaging we stand by the quality of our products. On the very rare occasion that you are not happy with your order we will endeavour to work with you to fix the problem, and where required reprint or refund the order. 

Returns and Reprints
All claims regarding your order must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt by emailing alison@donlevypackaging.com. If more than 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, and we have not been informed of an issue during this time, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. The goods must also be returned to us in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for personalised products unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival. 

Shipping

You should return your items to Creatapack, Unit 6 Apple Business Park, Robins Drive, Bridgwater, TA6 4DL. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or reprint request. If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 3 working days of the date that your refund was approved.  The length of time that the refund will take to show on your account will not be determined by us.  If you are approved for a reprint, the reprinted items will be with you within 2-3 weeks of approval of the reprint.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If your refund has not been received, please contact your bank/credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at alison@donlevypackaging.com.
